We are looking for customer service extrordinaires who are enthusiastic, flexible, fantastic communicators who will put our students first. You will be confident to problem-solve, collaborate and work effectively under pressure to answer face to face, email, live chat and phone enquiries.

About You:

● Capable of working full-time hours for a duration of up to three months
● Be available to start training mid - late June

● Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, ideally call centre experience
● Genuine passion to help students/customers
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Highly developed computer literacy, including experience using business software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite
● Excellent, positive attitude and great work ethic
● Able to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion, empathy and professionalism
● Attention to detail
● Great team player
● Exceptional organisational skills
● Experience working under pressure
● An Employee Working with Children Check is required for this position.
