We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our fast-paced team in home lending. Guaranteed to keep your mind ticking over while working alongside likeminded individuals.

A day in the life of a Customer Service Officer:

• Helping borrowers navigate their home loan by answering queries regarding their account received via email and phone 
• Assisting borrowers to access their funds 
• Online Banking Enquiries 
• Setting up/amending loan repayments 
• Generating and reviewing loan statements as requested by borrowers 
• Ongoing management of overdue loan repayments 
• Receiving and processing consent matters such as subdivision of property, swapping properties and second mortgages etc 
• Expanding your skills and knowledge across a wide range of areas everyday
