About the role

We are looking for amazing people to join our passionate customer service team.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing banking solutions to our valued clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer telephone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
  • Proactively calling customers to check in on their banking needs. 
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers by forming connections with customers and bringing personality and enthusiasm to every interaction
  • The set up and management of the lifecycle of all product types (Savings, Business & Term Deposit Accounts)
  • Working across multiple platforms in order to manage payment processing, transactions and investigations.
  • Internet banking account creation and administration
  • Educating and assisting customers on our self service online facilities

About you

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Have experience in a customer service environment
