We're inviting individuals from various industries where customer service has been your specialty. Are you someone who genuinely cares and enjoys engaging, educating, and providing solutions? Your experience may come from a strong retail background, a busy hospitality gig, or a previous customer service role in a call centre environment.

About this opportunity:
In this permanent, full time, Monday to Friday (no weekend work!) you will join a team of customer service professionals managing inbound enquiries from members, employers and third parties via inbound calls, emails and live chat.
  
You will receive the training you need and will have ongoing support as you work with a mentor to contribute to the best-in-class customer service delivery to their members. You will identify, resolve and escalate enquiries in line with regulatory requirements.
  
Engaging in meaningful conversation and communication as you support Spirit Super’s members with their specific requirements will be your day-to-day, so writing and structuring emails and live chats clearly, succinctly, and correctly is also required.
  
As a valued and valuable team member you will foster a collaborative and encouraging team environment and will contribute to team success.
