Le Creuset ANZ has an fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our team at our Head Office at St Leonards, on Sydney's lower north shore.

As a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Officer, you will assist our Customer and Consumer Service (Wholesale and Direct to Customer) to ensure delivery of the highest level of customer service for the business.

WHAT IS THE ROLE

Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, your key focus will be assisting the Operations Department by ensuring that excellent levels of care and service are delivered to customers and consumers at all times:

  • Complete administrative duties such as data entry, order processing and follow up calls
  • Deal directly with customers by telephone, email or face to face and handle / resolve customer and consumer complaints and warranty claims / replacements
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide accurate pricing and delivery information when required
  • Work across multiple customers and channels
  • Set up new customer accounts and send out monthly statements
  • Process orders, credits and account applications for Le Creuset Australia & New Zealand
  • Liaise closely with our third-party logistics supplier regarding orders, ETA’s, delivery issues, picking errors, and any other relevant matters
  • Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to manage consumer and customer enquiries
  • Maintain a consistent high level of customer service at all times

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 2 years experience within a similar customer service officer role (in an office setting preferred)
  • High School Diploma, general education degree (Bachelor Degree looked on favourably)
  • Sound experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent phone manner and strong communication skills
  • Strong reporting skills, data collection and order accuracy skills
  • Consumer and customer focused
  • Solid knowledge of customer services principles and practices
  • Attention to detail and ability to show initiative
  • Excellent time management skills - you can multi-task and get your To Do list done!
  • Ability to prioritise and work autonomously to tight deadlines
  • A great, positive attitude and being the ultimate team player!
