Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to work at our Truganina site. Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm 

This role reports to the Operations Manager. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General business administration such as answering and directing phones and emails
  • Entering bookings in the system
  • Provide an administrative support function to management on operational matters
  • Report any hazards, risks, near misses, violations or any incidents
  • KPI data and visual management boards – prepare KPI data as required and directed by Operations Manager
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Routine duties such as scanning and checking
  • Data entry and scanning

To successfully secure this opportunity, you must:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role is required
  • Ability to task manage and meet appropriate deadlines
  • Prior experience in preparation of written documents (including business cases, reports, minutes, emails, etc.)
  • Prior experience in using Linksoft Tow Manager  (This is not a requirement, proper training will be provided).
  • Possess a high level of data entry skills with an emphasis on data accuracy
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
  • Have a great attitude and strong work ethic.
