Customer Service Operator - Results Department (Afternoon/Evenings)

Position description

We seek an enthusiastic Customer Services Operator to join our vibrant Results department in Macquarie Park. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following: 

• Answering high volume - inbound and outbound calls to provide results to key stakeholders, such as doctors’ rooms
• Delivers exceptional customer service in a fast-paced health environment 
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly
• Conducting office duties and other clerical duties as required

• Open to working part time or full time hours. 
• Shifts will include afternoon/evening shifts up until midnight during the week and the successful applicant must be available to work regular overnight weekend shifts (22:00 – 7:00) with the option of covering overnight weekday shifts for relief when needed.
• hard-working, motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a team player 
• Strong attention to detail with good time management skills
