Job Description - Customer Service - Professional Development Opportunities

We are hiring a hardworking Customer Service to join our talented team at The Hairy Pill in Cremorne, Melbourne VIC.

The Company:

We’re a young tech company in the digital health space experiencing significant growth. Based in Cremorne and reporting to the Patient Services Manager, you’ll support our patients through their journey and ensure a first-class experience. 

About You:

You have great organisational and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven and adaptable, you always want to improve and enhance customer experience. You’re empathetic and passionate about people and know how to build great relationships with people from all walks of life. Ideally, you’re also looking to learn and grow!

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Multi-task, and be able to respond to, and prioritise enquiries (via phone, email, website, social and message channels).
  • Make outbound calls to schedule consultations, follow-up payments, and answer general questions.
  • Listen and communicate effectively.
  • Securely manage data in a confidential manner.
  • Complete call notes, recording details of comments and actions taken within the CRM.
  • Managing admin, communicating, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy along with providing ongoing internal feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business-to-consumer.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
  • Ability to work closely with others in a small but growing team.
  • Good computer skills.
  • A customer-first attitude.
  • A proactive approach to daily tasks.


Skills and Specifications:

  • Google & Microsoft suite of products.
  • Able to react effectively and be calm under pressure.
  • Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
