The Opportunity

Our Fielders business is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the home improvements customer service team based in Novar Gardens SA. With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.

Our customer-focused team plays an important role as the face of our business. In this role, you’ll bring your experience, curiosity and willingness to learn to support customers and colleagues alike. You’ll manage a range of internal and external enquiries, building strong relationships primarily through phone and email.

You’re organised, adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, always with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

What Will You Do?

In this varied and hands-on role suited to an enthusiastic team player who enjoys being part of a dynamic workplace. You will:

• respond to customer enquiries and managing relationships via phone and email
• collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing and warehouse to meet customer requirements, such as product specifications, packaging and delivery schedules
• prepare and follow up customer quotes, and supporting the broader sales team
• provide internal feedback on customer needs and competitor insights
• resolve issues efficiently and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
• ensure systems are kept up to date and tasks are completed accurately and on time
