Customer Service Representative

We are actively seeking an experienced, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Our client is a well-known national company in the Plumbing Industry. We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join their team located in a brand-new premises in Yennora, NSW.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for improving the overall sales and administration efficiency and effectiveness of Silver Water Plumbing

Your duties will include:

• Lead Silver water customer service team as per company procedures
  


• Schedule jobs in an efficient manner whilst balancing this objective against the customer’s needs
  


• Ensure a minimum of 5 homes safety audits /inspections are booked weekly
  


• Assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring conversion rates, and appraising job results.
  


• Promote & enforce adherence to company policies and procedures by all team members
  


• Be accountable for ensuring customer complaints are dealt with immediately and resolved within a time frame
  


• Ensure daily reports are submitted within agreed timeframes
  


• Complete analysis of reports to identify trends and potential problems
  


• Greatly contribute to optimising output of the team to complete tasks, and perform in an efficient manner
  


• Taking inbound jobs and converting enquiries to jobs for our service team
  


• Working closely with dispatch team to schedule technician to jobs within booking time frames
  


• Multi-tasking, being on the phone for most of the day, handling both inbound and outbound calls, whilst attending to general administrative tasks.
  


• Making outbound calls for quote follows-ups and ensuring clients are satisfied with our service
  


• Keeping clients informed about when parts will arrive and setting expectations for a job installation
  


• Maintaining strong relationships with technicians, team members and clients
