Customer Service Representative – No Experience Needed

Duo Tax Quantity Surveyors is a rapidly expanding company specializing in tax depreciation, property valuations, and building and landlord insurance for property investors across Australia.

Role requirement:

We are seeking representatives work full time 5 days week from our offices,  who are willing to be an  all-rounder,  you will join the team and need to  be comfortable with the following :

• Customer service relationship management 
• handling incoming calls and emails from customers as well as making outbound calls to customers
• interacting with customers in online chat portals
• responding to questions about the company, its products or services
• resolving customer complaints and escalating them when necessary
• processing orders, invoices, payments, claims
• updating and maintaining records of customer interactions

Requirements

• Polite and courteous personality (for client contact)
• Willing to be trained in other areas of our business 
• No Visa sponsorships or visa restrictions on hours 
• Fluency in English (literacy & numeracy)  
• A must for attention to detail and punctuality.

No knowledge of the industry is required to excel in this role as we train you.
