Job Description - Customer Service Representative

OUR COMPANY
Vuly Play, headquartered in Brisbane, Australia, has been a leading creator of children's play equipment for 17 years. With a commitment to innovation, safety and quality, we seek customer service representatives to support our growing business! 

THE ROLE
Our Direct Sales & Service team is looking for an individuals with great attitudes and exceptional work ethic to join our team. Our team commits to creating the best experience for our customers before, during and after purchasing our products- no two customers are the same! The ideal candidate will be willing to work casually, within a 7 day rotating roster, with the capacity and availability to work up to 38 hours per week.

No two days are the same! You will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether it be helping to buy their dream product, or help with getting it all set up for a special day! 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales & customer service enquiries.
  • Engage with our customers across a number of platforms: livechat, phone, email & showroom located in the Southside of Brisbane.
  • Identify opportunities to add value to every customer's experience.
  • Achieving and exceeding KPI targets with a focus on call quality and customer experience.
  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to returns, warranty claims, troubleshooting and other after-sales enquiries.
  • Always uphold Vuly’s core values and mission.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You have exceptional customer focus and are committed to quality interactions with every customer. 
  • Strong work ethic and the willingness to go the extra mile for each customer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workloads and tasks in a timely manner whilst working under minimal guidance.
  • Always willing to learn, you are a great team player and recognise improvement opportunities.
  • Prior contact centre experience is highly desirable but not essential - retail & customer service experience will be highly regarded.
