What will you be doing?

• Handle all client’s enquiries efficiently, and in a professional manner 
• Receive inbound calls from clients providing exceptional customer service
• Monitor and coordinate service calls for any faults or disruptions
• Input and update all data from service calls and field technicians into an online application
• Handle various administrative tasks

What experience are we looking for?

• Previous experience within customer service (experience in emergency response procedures is desirable)
• Great communication skills and an ambition to provide the best customer service possible!
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Strong attention to detail and results driven
• Ability to operate in a high paced call centre environment
• Full working rights in Australia
