Customer Service Representative

About the role :

We are looking for a person who thrives in a busy customer focused environment to join our team at the Lytton branch in Brisbane.

This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to;

• Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries
• Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful ontime delivery to the customers
• Managing and developing sales growth
• Liaising with the broader business team to best service our customers
• Procuring product for customer orders
• Assist with administrative tasks

About your experience :

It's important that you are a team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet and build strong relationships with new and repeat business.

You are tenacious and an enthusiastic individual with a proactive mindset, a strong desire to succeed and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Previous customer service experience in a similar industry advantageous
• Proactive approach with a passion for delivering to commitments.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to understand your customers business and offer valuebased solutions
• Willingness to learn about our industry and business
• Exposure to SAP & Computer literate e.g. Microsoft Office Suite skills ideal
