The role:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the AAD Redbank, QLD site. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role requires a confident and enthusiastic individual who will provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries over the phone.

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, consistently representing our company in a professional and positive manner.
  • Address all customer inquiries about products, sales, and services, ensuring that complaints are recorded and resolved promptly.
  • Process customer orders accurately, aligning them with their specific requirements.
  • Provide customers with regular updates on back orders, product developments, and other relevant information in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive customer database with relevant information.
  • Generate reports on sales figures, pipeline, and prospects as requested.
  • Acquire and apply proficiency in using the AAD Computer In House system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments as necessary.
  • Fulfill any additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by company management

Your Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Preference for proficiency in Automotive Spare Parts.
  • Advantageous to have prior experience in a Call Centre or Phone Room setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to work independently.
  • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
