We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our business and to continue providing exceptional customer service. 

The key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are:

• Provide exceptional customer service to a variety of customers.
• Answer all customer phone calls, emails and enquiries in a timely, efficient and personable manner.
• Work with various parts of the business (sales, warehouse, products) to answer customer’s queries regarding orders, products and more.
• Use multiple systems on a daily basis.
• Work in a team environment by developing and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues that support the achievement of team goals and objectives.

Our ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

• Proven Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in writing and on the phone.
• A love of technology and passion for learning new systems and procedures.
• Experience in MS Office and an ERP.
• Superior data entry skills and high attention to detail.
• An inquisitive mind, ability to problem solve and think on their feet.
• A self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• A proactive and positive approach to their work.

This is a full-time position based in our office in Kingsgrove (no work from home), New South Wales. Close to public transport.
