You will be considered a Compass ambassador and drive our modern fleet made up of Toyota, Kia, Hyundai, BMW, MG, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Lexus, Tesla, Volvo and Land Rovers.

Your day to day

Drive vehicles to customers.

Use GPS apps to plan the best route.

Be up to date on traffic conditions.

Collect vehicles from customers.

Clean vehicles inside and out within specified timeframes

Complete all iPad customer forms.

Important to your success

• Current Driver's License a requirement.
• Passion and pride in delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong eye for detail
• Professional and well-presented
• Clear communicator with good organizational skills
• Work well as part of a team.
• Required level of physical fitness to drive and wash cars.
• Successful applicants have come from various backgrounds including customer service, hospitality, retail, landscaping, trade & maintenance.
