Customer Service Representative - Contact Centre

Saturn Pathology is an up-and-coming laboratory. We are known for providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

We seek highly skilled, exceptional, dynamic, energetic individuals passionate about delivering outstanding service. Operational hours are between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm. We are seeking individuals available for afternoon and evening shifts as well as weekend work. 

The role:

As our customers' first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and text messages to document preferences and book upcoming appointments.  

Full-time and part-time positions are available.

English and computer proficiencies are essential.
