What will your day look like as an Account Manager?

You will be in charge of your own portfolio of accounts and learn effective portfolio management skills. You'll have access to an uncapped bonus structure and the ongoing support and coaching of your team leader to ensure you truly achieve your career goals. 

What do you need to be a successful candidate? 

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A positive and collaborative attitude
  • An openness to guidance and coaching
  • Strong computer skills
  • High communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Self-motivation to drive and succeed within your role
  • Previous experience in a call centre is desired
