Customer Service Representative - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Bearcat Tyres is an industrial Wheel & Tyre business leading the production and distribution of tyres and wheels for Material Handling, Agriculture, Construction and more. We are apart of the Michelin Group which makes us proud of our continued growth and evolution over the last 30+ years.  

The Company is seeking a Customer Service professional who will be responsible for assisting the NSW Branch with internal sales & service enquiries with a focus on customer centricity. 

Job Requirements:

• Handle sales / service inquiries originating from the telephone, internet or face to face.
• Prepare quotations, emails and other business related documents as required.
• Process picking slips, service orders and invoices, including checking relevant documents and matching information and filing.
• Process stocktake & inventory paperwork, including checking relevant documents and matching information and filing.
• Provide technical literature / information to customers and/or dealers.
• Ensures customer service policy is applied to each customer or potential customer.
• Maintains and updates customer/product database.
• Ensures delivery to schedule and quality.
• Investigates and actions any customer complaints.
• Follows up on product performance to ensure customer satisfaction including documentation of warranty claims.

What we are looking for:

• Similar experience in an Inbound Sales Customer Service role
• Experience using SAP will add value to your application
• Experience in a similar industry(Industrial Tyres, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics)
