Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Energetic Workplace

We are in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our innovative team at Sadaqa Welfare Fund in South Granville, Sydney NSW.

Sadaqa Welfare Fund is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our hardworking team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for donor inquiries through inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring all communications are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Achieve call targets by maintaining high-quality of conversations and productivity.
  • Promptly and accurately address customer inquiries, providing detailed campaign/project information.
  • Maintain thorough and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in our CRM/database to ensure efficient follow-up and resolution of issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, especially during peak periods.

 

To be successful, you will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable and effective in phone communication.
  • Proven experience in handling large volumes of customer inquiries and meeting targets.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to different IT programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • On-site work only (remote work is not available).
