Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Growth-Minded Organization

We are desiring to recruit a strategic Customer Service Representative to join our diverse team at Kennedy Reid in Condell Park, Sydney NSW.

The Company
Our client is an Australian-born entrepreneurial organisation that now provides an impressive range products & services to more than 65 countries globally!

We are currently assisting them in the recruitment of a Customer Service Representative to join their close-knitcall centre in their conveniently located Condell Park office. They are looking for a candidate's who are comited to exellance, who are willing to learn and grow, with clear career progression available. They have a great support network available and focus on providing the highest customer service experience for their clients.

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Ensure all incoming calls and emails are handled in a friendly, professional manner
  • Effectively Managing work orders in a timely manner through multiple portals.
  • Building strong, long-standing relationships with clients
  • Following up with various departments and technicians to ensure the best service possible.  
  • Scheduling Service calls 
  • Ensure all Systems are accurately updated
  • Location: Condell Park - parking on site available! 
  • Salary: $60-65K + Super + Attractive Bonus
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - between 8:00am to 6:00pm (37.5 hour week)
  • Office Based Training, with some WFH flexibility upon completion.
You
As a successful Customer Service Representative you will offer: 
  • Previous call centre experience is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Portal management experience - comfortable across Pronto or Salesforce is a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail across data entry
  • A passion to learn, with the drive to grow and progress
  • A positive, confident approach to problem-solving
  • Team player
