Customer Service Representative - Urgent Hire

We are currently expanding our amazing team and are on the lookout for a Customer Service superstar! Becoming a part of our Customer Service Team, you will be a valued member of Service Today and will be surrounded by a friendly, supportive and social team. Within this position you will act as the first point of contact with our valued customers and your responsibility will include building initial company impressions, establishing trust and exceeding customer service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service via telephone, email and web chat platforms 
• Initiate accurate customer bookings within our system in a timely manner
• Liaise with other departments within the company to promptly resolve customer queries
• Build knowledge about services we provide and assist valued customers make the best decision

Ideal Candidate:

• Availability to work flexible hours Monday to Friday when additional staff are required by the Call Centre Manager (Guaranteed weekly hours will be no less than 20 hours per week) 
• Availability to work occasional Saturdays from home or public holiday cover from time to time (Not essential however preferable) 
• Immediate Start Available
• Reliable when shifts need to be arranged with little notice 
• Strong attention to detail and proficient time management 
• Ability to positively contribute within an existing supportive and collaborative work environment
• Displays a genuine passion for Customer Service
