Customer Service Representative - West Footscray - Fixed Term

Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: West Footscray - 12 month, Fixed Term Contract
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 incl. Super

This is an opportunity to play a part in that story by:

• Being the initial contact for customer service


• Assisting with managing Customer enquiries and deliveries


• Maintain Customer Order entry process


• Meeting required KPI performance for internal and external customers 

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and SAP (Essential)


• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems


• Strong phone and email communication skills


• Negotiation skills


• Conflict management
