Retail Sales Consultant – Call Centre (Call Centre & Customer Service)

 

$57 - $60k full time base salary + Superannuation

+ Generous incentives & Discounts

  • Full Time position available
  • Part Time position (Mon, Tue, Wed & Thurs)

We are seeking an exceptionally enthusiastic and dynamic salesperson who can effectively capitalize on sales opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of our retail stores. In this role, you will be tasked with achieving competitive sales targets and team KPIs across our diverse range of retail services.

Your ability to multitask will be essential as you engage with customers via phone and email, both inbound and outbound, as well as collaborating with other business departments. With your exceptional customer service and sales skills, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is consistently delivered in a timely and efficient manner to meet sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound sales calls.
  • Make outbound follow up and sales calls.
  • Find solutions for our customers tyre and auto problems.
  • Receive and direct general customer enquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and stores providing excellent service to both parties.
  • Document customer feedback.
  • Ad-hoc administration duties as required.

About you

You should possess a demonstrable enthusiasm, strong motivation, and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. A desire to work collaboratively and efficiently as part of a team is essential. Natural problem-solving abilities, excellent organization, and a collaborative mindset are crucial attributes. You should also exhibit adaptability in your approach to work.

Your exceptional telephone sales techniques, coupled with a keen focus on customer service, energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, will significantly contribute to your success in this role.

The work schedule will be Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7:30 am to 3:45 pm and 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.

 

You should have:

  • Prior experience in a Contact Centre is not mandatory, but backgrounds in customer service, sales, hospitality, and retail are valued.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities are a must.
  • Computer proficiency in Omni system environment, Microsoft products, and openness to learning new CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience working towards both individual and team based KPIs/targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential attributes.
