An opportunity has arisen for a Case Manager position at one of Australia’s leading credit repair companies in the CBD of Southport.
This role is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with no weekend work, incentives to earn above salary and a friendly close-nit team within an intimate and casual office space.
You will be managing the clientele of the company to assist in the credit repair process and after sale service while undertaking general office duties including but not limited to: Conducting business and personal credit file checks, taking inbound calls, responding to emails, submissions to credit reporting bodies, and relevant organisations online, etc. Training is fully provided.
CANDIDATE CRITERIA
Professional communication skills/telephone manner.
Excellent time management.
Reliability with attendance is a must.
High attention to detail.
Strong administrative skills with accurate data entry, spelling and grammatical skills.
Experience with MS Office - Word, Outlook.
Have a genuine interest in helping clients.
Ability to work without being micro managed.
