Customer Service Sales Administration

We are currently working with an Australian-wide company that specialises in the furniture and homewares catering industries. They are looking for 1 candidate to join the team, in a Customer Service Sales Administrator position on a permanent full-time basis. The roles will both be reporting to the Customer Service Sales Administration Manager. Looking for someone to start ASAP in May.

Key Responsibilities-
• Process all customer orders received and ensure all the details are correct
• Assist in managing stock availability to achieve KPIs and finalise orders for customers
• Send balance payment requests and follow them up in a timely manner
• Note customers’ credit limits and ensure their account status is correctly on hold or active
• Assist customers with stock check requests and answer any queries they may have
• Provide pricing quotes to customers as requested
• Ensure customers are kept up to date regarding the status of their orders
• Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

About You-
• Confident with the Microsoft Office Suite and Netsuite would be advantageous
• Diploma or Degree in Business or Customer Service preferred, but not essential
• Not phased working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
• Great time management and communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
