We are a well established market leader in the Glass Industry. Our clients range from homeowners looking to improve the aesthetics, functionality, or safety of their homes to designers, architects and builders who need reliable service and quality glass.

A position is available in our office for a versatile customer focused person to join our close-knit team on a full-time permanent basis.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently greet and assist with walk-in customers in our magnificent showroom
• Manage and direct reception calls/emails and enquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Use your building materials knowledge to support sales and client enquiries
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and team members to efficiently troubleshoot
• Schedule replacement jobs daily for the appropriate tradesmen
• Support project managers and BDMs with administrative and marketing duties

What Youll Bring:

• Proven customer service and sales experience in the building, interior or construction industries
• Excited and eager to learn about all things glass: from our products to installation techniques
• Exceptionally organised and proactive
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence in booking jobs and managing payment transactions professionally
• A friendly, confident manner and the ability to make clients feel welcome and supported
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various CRM platforms
• A genuine team player who loves being part of a dynamic environment
