The Role: We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in an office-based role. As a leading printing company that handles a high volume of orders daily, this position is ideal for someone who is a logical thinker, possesses a sharp eye for detail, and is eager to develop both personally and professionally. You will be the face of AAC, playing a crucial role in upholding our reputation for seamless customer experiences and innovative solutions to everyday challenges.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Understand and effectively communicate our broad range of printed products and event services.
  • Processing of phone, email and website orders.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service standards.
  • Embrace and contribute to our culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

 

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to think logically and solve problems effectively.
  • Printing and/or understanding of Graphic Design, highly regarded.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive, proactive approach to your work.
