Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will work closely in a team of 2, with a wider of NSW team of 10. 

This is an amazing opportunity to work in the customer service team. You will handle all queries via phone, email & web. In addition, you will assist the sales team, and work on bespoke products. This includes managing order life cycles, administration tasks, inventory management & much more. This role will manage 10-20 inbound calls and roughly 30-40 emails daily although volumes can vary day to day. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company in a professional, positive, and friendly manner whilst demonstrating a relentless desire to achieve business goals and objectives.

Please note this is a full-time permanent role with an ASAP start, Mon - Fri, 8AM - 4PM (Flexible) & there is no work from home in this role.

About you:
• 4-5 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing/supply chain
• Confidence to handle complex complaints & difficult calls/emails
• Time management skills and can adapt to change
• A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
• Confident with software and systems and exposure to Excel
