They are a SAAS company with an application that is a workforce management app.  As they continue to grow, they are seeking proficient, skilled, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join their team. 

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring xtheir clients receive top-notch support and guidance.

Your responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact for customers, delivering swift and effective solutions, and educating clients on maximizing their experience.

• 1-2 years of customer support or client-facing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
