Our client is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join their hardworking, dynamic team. 

If you are a great communicator, proactive and able to build positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with the customers end vision in mind, we would love to hear from you - read on below! 

Duties include: 

1. Engaging and interacting with customers over the phone, web chat and via email
2. Processing and following up customer orders, quotes and telephone enquiries and providing support to our Sales Team
3. Answering customer queries 
4. Provide solutions and alternatives 
5. Maintain records in CRM 
6. This position is on site 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday

Essential Skills & Qualities:

1. Experience with customer service and an innate nature to strive for customer success
2. Customer Service & Administration skills
3. Strong work ethic and drive 
4. Willingness to learn our products and get a sound understanding of the technical side, to enable us to provide our customers with answers/support quickly over the phone. 
5. Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
6. A strong capability to learn IT and develop outstanding computer skills
7. Attention to detail
8. A desire to progress within the business
