Our client is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join their hardworking, dynamic team.

Duties include:
- Engaging and interacting with customers over the phone, web chat and via email
- Processing and following up customer orders, quotes and telephone enquiries and providing support to our Sales Team
- Answering customer queries
- Provide solutions and alternatives
- Maintain records in CRM
- This position is on site 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday
Essential Skills & Qualities:
- Experience with customer service and an innate nature to strive for customer success
- Customer Service & Administration skills
- Strong work ethic and drive
- Willingness to learn our products and get a sound understanding of the technical side, to enable us to provide our customers with answers/support quickly over the phone.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- A strong capability to learn IT and develop outstanding computer skills
- Attention to detail
- A desire to progress within the business
