Key Details about the role:

• May Start Dates
• Pay Rate $26.77 per hour + Super + Incentives
• Full Time (38 hours per week)
• Part Time (30 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm - Rotating roster
• Brisbane CBD Location - Across the road from Central Station
• Paid training provided - continued support and coaching leading to growth towards promotion opportunities.

Role Duties:

You will be the first point of contact for our customers that call and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time. Using your problem solving skills to deliver the best outcomes for your customer.

Who are you?

• Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age
• Confident and capable in using computers and systems 
• Passionate about customer service
• Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones
