The Opportunity
Due to growing business needs, our Lysaght business is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join the Townsville team. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects. This is an on-site leadership role where you’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality customer outcomes.
This is a stable, long-term leadership role where you’ll guide a small, engaged team while building strong customer relationships. You’ll benefit from a structured rotating roster with early finishes on Fridays, full training on systems and products, and the support of a safe, people-focused workplace where your leadership and ideas genuinely make a difference.
