As Team Leader you will mentor, guide, assist and trouble shoot a Team of Building Coordinators through the presite and onsite construction process. This is a rare opportunity to embark on a journey into leadership within residential construction, working with a leading Melbourne Builder who is committed to long-term development and process-improvement.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead, train and mentor a team of experienced building coordinators.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline construction processes and their efficiency.
  • Foster and maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure quality standards are met, holding regular training sessions to upskill and enhance team knowledge.
  • Develop and implement processes to actively address client needs and preferences.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Strong knowledge of presite and onsite construction processes within residential building.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring others.
  • Motivation and drive to lead by example.
  • Proficient in navigating challenging situations and communicating effectively.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, multitasking, and working under pressure.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
