About the opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate Customer Service & Technical Support person to join our mission as the world's largest Clean-Tech.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a booming industry. You are joining us in a period of rapid growth in a rewarding role where you can make a positive difference to the environment

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage blue-chip clientele
• Oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support cases
• Problem solving, conflict resolution and escalations
• Schedule and manage service calls and installations
• Liaise with customers and technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer requirements
• Inbound customer calls

Skills and experience

• Full Australian work rights
• Fantastic customer service and technical skills
• Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Positive "can do" attitude
• Proven ability 
• Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
