Job Description - Customer Service - Urgent Role

We are looking to hire an expert Customer Service to join our all-star team at Mainfreight in Wacol, Brisbane QLD.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our team in a Sales / Customer Service role in our Wacol depot.  You must be willing to be committed to giving all our customers an experience second to none. You must be dedicated and proud to be part of our ever growing and very passionate team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer phone calls & general customer service enquiries
  • Inputting data into & working with Excel spreadsheets
  • Liaising with drivers & consignees for proof of deliveries   
  • Consignment tracking
  • Liaising with internal & external customers and contractors
  • Problem solving
  • Accounts payable – internal & external
  • Liaising with customers & reporting estimated delivery times
