Customer Service / Warehouse Administrator

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a proficient Customer Service Representative for our 3PL Warehouse Client in Lytton



About the Role:

• Position: Customer Service Representative / Warehouse Administrator
• Location: Lytton QLD 4178
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
• Hourly Rate: 34.75

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with assigned customers.
• Process client orders in collaboration with warehouse and transport teams.
• Coordinate stock counts and customer stocktakes.
• Prepare and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure accurate documentation completion.
• Assisting with comprehensive reporting across the business.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics and customer service is highly considered
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with KPI management preferred.
• High accuracy in data entry; effective communication skills are essential.
• Ability to engage with a diverse range of employees and customers.

Process

• Initial client interview followed by Drug & Alcohol and Police checks for successful candidates.
