Accounts / Customer Service Support

We are a well-established, family owned operator of Children's entertainment equipment. Operating over 2,500 rides nationally, with offices based in Australia, New Zealand & Singapore.

We have a permanent position available for an experienced customer service and accounts person.

Job Responsibilities include;

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Answer phone calls & emails from customers to help resolve customer service issues.
• Troubleshoot resolutions
• Update internal IT systems
• Collaborate fellow team members

ACCOUNTS

• Maintain and update supplier records
• Receive and process all invoices, requests for payment
• Resolve supplier queries
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Provide Back up to Accounts Manager

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, 
• Helpful and friendly disposition. 
• Capability in Microsoft Office Suite of Products 
• Ability to pick up new software quickly. 
• Salesforce and or Nayax experience would be highly desirable.

Prior experience;

At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
