ABOUT THE ROLE

An excellent opportunity is offered to those who are interested to work in customer service within the sales department.  Based in Arundel. This position is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday. No Weekends! We're looking for passionate and ambitious candidates who are eager to jump in!!!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and growing wholesale accounts and prospecting for new clients;
• Responsible for the back order reports, making sure they are well maintained and accurate at all times;
• Handling customer complaints, returns and credits in an accurate and timely manner;
• Double checking orders for the sales team;
• Ability to sell and back up the sales team;
• Running reports for the sales team;
• Price checking orders in conjunction with the sales team;
• Backing up reception and other administration positions.

ABOUT YOU 

• Friendly, positive and pleasant disposition at all times,
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills,
• Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook,
• Strong attention to detail,
• Able to develop an immediate rapport with customers on the phone and in person,
• Prior experience in sales will be highly regarded;
• Current Queensland drivers license with own reliable car, and
• 2 contactable work related references

Further, the person must have a strong interest in eating a wholesome diet, be passionate about wellness and a good lifestyle.
