Unique opportunity to support an award-winning Technology Managed Service Provider in the Heart of Wollongong. 360HR Technical is working exclusively with one of Wollongong's leading technology companies in bringing on-board a Customer Success Manager. This exciting role has arisen due to the on-going growth and expansion of the company.
Key areas of responsibility include: - Actively engaging with Clients to ensure process efficiency whilst continually identifying areas for improvement.
- Client on-boarding - Maintain and enhance relationships while striving for high levels of client satisfaction.
- Continually identify potential roadblocks, work with the client and the team to ensure efficiency
- Utilise internal tooling to track customer interactions, monitor progress & generate reports.
- Be a representative of the of the business, and the primary contact point for assigned clients.
- Provide helpful guidance and advisory during client engagements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong experience providing exceptional customer service.
- Proven experience in a similar role, or in a client engagement-focused position; Account Management, Consulting, Sales, etc.
- Ability to supporting multiple clients simultaneously, whilst ensuring SLA's are met.
- Outstanding communicate skills, both verbal and written
- Highly beneficial: Prior experience working in a technology company (SaaS, Managed Services, Software Development, etc)
