Due to growth within the company we are searching for the next up and coming customer service specialist who will add value to both the business and ethos.

Requirements

·         A diversified role with scope to develop your written and verbal communication skills, persuasive sales techniques and customer service approach

·         A staged training program split over three months that allows you to learn on the job and develop:

o   detailed product knowledge at your own pace,

o   an understanding of the online sales process and customer experience from start to finish, and

o   an understanding of various government schemes and key stakeholders within the industry.
