Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Construction

     The Opportunity:

    In the key role, we are seeking a dynamic and innovative people leader to implement strategic marketing and sales campaigns to grow sales across a broad range of product types with our aftermarket business. You will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual and contribute to our continued success.

    You will be responsible for:

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team to achieve Sales and growth targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitoring, reporting and analysing performance metrics.
  • Developing and managing the sales budget to ensure efficient use of resources and maximising return on investment.
  • Developing and managing new business streams and opportunities to achieve sales growth.
  • Role Located: Fairfield, NSW

  •  What we are looking for:

  • Experience in leadership and team management of a remote group in a similar role.
  • A technically minded individual with experience working within the earth moving, mining or heavy vehicle industry.
  • A proven track record in identifying new business and closing on this opportunity.
  • Strong business and financial acumen to measure a range of metrics.
  • An ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure tangible growth and profitability through our aftermarket offering.
  • An articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading projects would be highly regarded.
  • A demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
