Steamatic Gippsland is the industry leader in fire and flood restoration and disaster recovery in the Gippsland area. We are a Morwell based business employing local people.

We operate within a national framework, working with the insurance industry, covering home and contents claims. We provide restoration services to residential and commercial properties after flood, fire, water, mould, and storm damage. Steamatic is a unique, niche business delivering a wide variety of professional services.

We are looking for a vibrant and highly motivated Administration professional to join our growing team.  If you’re excited by career potential, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role you’ve been waiting for.

Your average day will include:

• Process all phone/email enquiries
• Data entry, database and file management
• Coordinating and scheduling crews and jobs
• Providing administrative support to customers, crew and all relevant stakeholders
• Following processes and procedures for all jobs
• Ensuring all excesses and payments are identified and collected, including debt recovery
• Ensuring relevant paperwork is completed

 Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in customer service
• Exceptional communication skills through all platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• A strong work ethic, displaying effort and dedication
• High computer literacy and the ability to learn systems quickly
• The desire to learn and grow your career
