Customer Support Representative – Level 1 – Hybrid – Adelaide

We are hiring at Wageloch for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Australia!

The successful candidate will be based within commutable distance of our office in Adelaide, working in a hybrid work model!

About You:

  • Previous experience working in a Customer Service or Support role is advantageous
  • A keen attitude and desire to deliver outstanding customer service, with some experience in a relevant role or industry (e.g. customer service, service/help desk, call centre, software applications support)
  • An ability to troubleshoot general IT issues and/or ability to learn technical skills quickly
  • Good time management skills, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly phone communication
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Either personal or professional qualifications in IT and/or software applications
  • Reporting to the Helpdesk Team Lead, your main role will be as the first point of contact for our client base in assisting with day-to-day troubleshooting and enquiries
  • There are plenty of opportunities to expand your skill set with additional sponsored training, should the successful candidate prove adept, capable and interested in the opportunity
  • Entry level - no qualifications required, although preference is given to people who have some qualifications and/or experience
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Legally authorized to work in Australia
