The Role
Tanda is seeking a support specialist to join our Brisbane Headquarters and help grow our clients. You'll be part of an experienced team managing customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, reporting to our Head of Customer Success, Ryan Johnston.
As a support specialist, you'll gain unique insights into the Tanda customer journey and how our software is used across various industries. Previous team members have moved into leadership, technical, and other customer-facing roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
