Your New Role:
As a crucial role, you will be helping establish and rollout best-in-class customer support, by directly helping customers and taking ownership of their enquiries. Key responsibilities will also include:
- Providing feedback on products, enhancing product and process improvement and working with internal stakeholders to constantly ensure provision of the best products and processes to the end user
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, live-chat, email and social media
- Champion the voice of the customer, advocate for customer needs and relay customer insights to the product/customer insights team
- Support customer onboarding and troubleshooting failed KYC instances
What You'll Need to Succeed :
- Previous experience in shares, investing, superannuation, wealth management or similar customer support role within financial services
- Genuine passion for the customer, shares and investing and being part of creating a product
- Proactive attitude, keen to drive efficiency and always look for opportunities for continuous improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication, as you will be representing the brand and the company to the end-user
