We are looking for a licensed Customs Broker to join our growing Melbourne/Adelaide Brokerage team. Working in our team, you’ll be responsible to ensure that shipments are cleared compliantly and efficiently through ABF, Biosecurity and other government agencies. Based either in Melbourne or Adelaide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely and accurate customs clearance of import consignments in compliance with all laws and regulations and in line with company policy and procedures
• Get to know our client base, build rapport with customers and ensure we consolidate our status as a trusted advisor
• Help to strengthen the customs team by sharing knowledge and experience with all members of the team, both junior and senior 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Current valid Australian Customs Broker License
• DAFF class 19.1 and 19.2 accreditation
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills 
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Keen eye for details
• Working rights in Australia
