Now, we’re looking for a CX Service Designer to help us reimagine how we deliver exceptional customer experiences across our organisation.
As a CX Service Designer, you’ll work closely with diverse teams to uncover insights, map journeys and codesign services that enrich lives and strengthen communities. You’ll join a collaborative and purpose driven team where our values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence guide everything we do.
This is a fixed term role until October 2026.
Your opportunity
As our CX Service Designer, you’ll lead and support customer experience and human-centred design initiatives across Anglicare’s Seniors Living and Community Services portfolios. You’ll transform insights into meaningful improvements that enhance wellbeing and align with our strategic goals.
With curiosity, empathy and a commitment to impact, you will:
Lead service design and human-centred design (HCD) projects from scoping to implementation
Conduct research, workshops and interviews to uncover pain points and opportunities
Develop journey maps, personas, service blueprints and prototypes to drive change
Facilitate codesign and ideation sessions with Cross functional teams
Contribute CX insights to strategic reviews, business cases and executive reports
Support teams to embed CX frameworks and design thinking principles
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver service improvements grounded in customer voice
What you’ll bring
You’re a collaborative and confident service designer who loves simplifying complexity, engaging people in the process and delivering tangible outcomes. You care deeply about human-centred care and customer impact.
You’ll also need:
At least 2 years + experience in CX, service design or UX
Strong understanding of HCD methodologies and design research techniques
Demonstrated experience delivering journey maps, personas and service blueprints
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
Confidence working in agile, cross functional teams
Experience using Miro, Figma or similar collaborative design tools
Desirable:
Experience in aged care, healthcare or community services
Knowledge of customer feedback systems or CRM platforms
Experience preparing CX insights for reports or submissions
