Key Skills and Experience

•          7+
years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or
network analytics within a large enterprise environment.

•          Strong
understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, switching,
DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network security fundamentals.

•          Knowledge
of telecommunications or enterprise network domains such as IP, transport,
mobile, fixed, access, core, cloud, or service assurance.

•          Advanced
SQL skills for complex joins, aggregations, window functions, data validation,
reconciliation, and performance-oriented querying.

•          Hands-on
experience with Power BI, including semantic models, DAX, Power Query,
dashboard development, drill-through, and stakeholder-ready visualisation.

•          Working
knowledge of Python for data preparation, analysis, automation, and exploratory
analytics using libraries such as pandas.

•          Experience
analysing network monitoring, performance, fault, incident, inventory,
topology, or customer-service datasets.

•          Ability
to interpret network KPIs and correlate telemetry, alarms, incidents, changes,
and service-impact information.

•          Strong
experience in data profiling, data-quality assessment, requirement analysis,
metric definition, and documentation.

•          Experience
with Agile delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure
DevOps.

•          Excellent
analytical thinking, attention to detail, stakeholder engagement,
communication, and presentation skills.
